Chakras is an immersive meditation, sound bath, and chamber music experience created by Thor Bremer, a composer, sound designer, performer, educator, and meditation teacher.

The project uses the seven chakras as a poetic and embodied map for exploring attention, sensation, breath, emotion, and presence. Guided meditation, singing bowls, gongs, percussion, electronics, and original chamber music come together to create a contemplative listening environment that moves between stillness, resonance, and composed musical form.

Chakras can be presented as a full-length performance, an intimate sound meditation, a workshop/performance hybrid, or a site-responsive program for wellness spaces, libraries, museums, conservatories, universities, retreats, and arts venues.
